Livi Swim Co operates this website. By accessing our website, browsing our content, or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase from Livi Swim Co. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in lighting, screen resolution, and individual body differences, the appearance, color, and fit of swimwear may vary slightly from how it appears online. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, inventory inaccuracies, or payment authorization issues. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Livi Swim Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Due to the nature of swimwear, returns or exchanges are only accepted if items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner fully intact. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Removal or alteration of the hygiene liner will result in the item being ineligible for return or exchange. Sale items, promotional items, and discounted merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, images, photographs, logos, branding, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Livi Swim Co and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in any activity that may harm the business, including fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or violations of applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website or services for any user who violates these terms.

Livi Swim Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, improper care, or misuse of products.
