Livi Swim Co currently ships within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order processing times are typically 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Livi Swim Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Livi Swim Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
